The 2023 winner of the Dr. David C. Driskell Achievement Award was Matthew Crittendon, a talented dancer from the Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts. Matthew received a $2,000 scholarship and is pursuing his passion for dance at the Berkley School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
